Madrid, 30th of March, 2006- Pulsar Technologies, Specialized company in the area of monitoring and pay per use, that has launched in the market a new monitoring service for printing addressed to big companies.

This new service, oriented to big sized companies, dominates the versatility of multi-brands, and it adopts in any printing environment. The client can externalize totally or partially his/her printing process, maintaining the control of basic parameters such as quality service while at the same time saving on expenses. This service also offers a total autonomy regarding the solutions aimed to fabricators. Its implementation is immediate.

In this sense, Pulsar Technologies has been selected from Telefónica Companies as a partner company for the assistance of printing outsourcing servicies, after winning the open bid recently held for this matter.

The new service of Pulsar Technologies is adopted by Telefónica Companies´ strategy to offer a wide outsourcing service range to its customers related to the workplace outsourcing. This includes network management, voice and data communication, as well as network information, servers and printers.

Thanks to this strategy, Telefónica Companies would allow in an automated and a proactive way the monitoring of any printer of their clients, the restructure of any consumable before it is used up, and the forwarding of repairing service on the presence of technical incidences. Other advantages that the clients may enjoy are reports that they would receive every month regarding the use of the printers, the expenses and the possible savings that have derived from the management change. “Furthermore, the clients, says the director of Pulsar Technologies, José Luis Vázquez de Parga, can control, measure and materialize savings on expenses of printing up to 20%, while dedicating little time to printing”.
