consulting and support of our product Pulsar VIGIA in order
to optimize its use.
According to the Pulsar VIGIA
agreement, Pulsar Technologies can offer you value-added services
such as:
- Consulting in system implementation.
- Monthly delivery of a network performance
report.
- System upgrades and new plug-ins delivered
after extensive testing.
- Technical support with predefined response
time, according to your contract.
