Pulsar Technologies offers you many monitoring services adapted to your real needs. Thanks to our I+D Department we are continuously developing new monitoring and reporting tools, and we can even develop specific tools and programming based on your hosting and infrastructure requests. We adapt our monitoring solutions to your company, and not the other way around!
We do the above never developing software agents, so as to simplify the installation and layout of the network monitoring tool. Our tool does not consume bandwith, as it analyzes the traffic traps on a sniffer mode, and it analyzes the MIB tables of the hardware using the latest SNMP protocol versions. It therefore does not involve the software installation headaches of other solutions.
Among the many services that you might want to monitor, PULSAR TECHNOLOGIES offers you the following alternatives:
- Infrastructure Network Monitoring.
- Constant chekup of equipment and server status (SUN, AS-400, Windows, Linux, Mac, etc).
- Applications status and capacity load of the applications.
- Printer monitoring, consumption and usage, preventive notification to IT support, and consumables replacement on pay per use programs.
- Network traffic monitoring as generated by different user types and at different levels (IP, ports, protocols).
- Web sites monitoring and stats reporting on them.
- VPN´s monitoring, both by IP sec and by MPLS, of remote items and their applications.
- Receiving alarms of the status of the monitored systems via email and/or SMS. You can customize those alerts using different parameters (check version).

Pulsar Technologies continues with its Research and Development of new monitoring services and devices to adapt to customers´ demands, either via permanent monitoring tools as VIGIA 3.0 Rack, or via mobile tools such as VIGIA.n (netbook).
